DNS Issues with new ws2k8 r2 domain controller

i trying upgrade domain windows server 2008 r2... setup new server , promoted domain controller.  our domain sub-domain of university, had setup dns server on campus dns server, once done, server started replicating correctly other 2 domain controllers.  restarted server today however, , seeing following errors:

event id 2087 (followed event id 1394)
event id 2092

about 15 minutes later, received following event ids:
event id 102
event id 700
event id 1869
event id 701

the other 2 domain controllers going removed (so can clean install 2008 r2) want make sure domain healthy enough start removing servers , upgrading.  there should concerned right now?  want make sure demoting other 2 domain controllers won't cause issues.

the new (temporary) dc holding of fsmo roles, , 3 gcs.

if have 2 dhcp servers providing ip addresses same subnet, each report whatever statistics applicable own address range within shared scope.
if clients still receiving a different dns server assignments defined in dhcp options, run rsop.msc on of them determine whether asssigned via group policy. assume verified not static - correct?

Can no longer user MS Update - Files required to use Microsoft Update are no longer registered

hi, i'm new server 2003.  installed it.  removed enhanced ie security.  proceed download , install windows server 2003 sp1, of dot net (1.1, 2.0, 3.0, 3.5, , updates), , sp2. after downloaded , installed of above, tried windows update menu option in ie.  (ie 8 windows server 2003) , sits there "done" in lower left hand corner.  never brings in window. so try www.microsoft.com -> download , trails -> update.  received error message "files required use microsoft update no longer registered or installed on computer".  click on register or reinstall files me now.  window changes , "check latest version of windows updating software .... ".   sits there (last time sat there on hour). i went on internet , found instructions: regsvr32 wuapi.dll regsvr32 wups.dll regsvr32 wuaueng.dll regsvr32 wucltui.dll regsvr32 atl.dll regsvr32 msxml3.dll did not work either.  have other suggestions?...

How do a find data in one file, search for it in another file and if not found, write a custom message to another file
