RemoteFX - Insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service

here server:

dell r815
windows server 2008 r2 enterprise
4 x amd opteron 6272 support slat
256gb ram
ati firepro v5800 support remotefx
rds remotefx , core services installed. 

i added remotefx 3d video adapter vm in hyper-v , when go boot following error:

"microsoft synthetic 3d display controller (instance id {113560ea-48cd-4bd1-8828-fcec44e2b5d5}): failed power on error 'insufficient system resources exist complete requested service.' (0x800705aa). (virtual machine id 2365cfb4-8281-4e1e-b76c-1ceb672257b5)"

i have tried remotefx cap driver enabled , disabled. followed http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2506391 and verified message text wasn't issue. ran across posts talking domain minimum password length of 14 characters. our's 10 didn't help. installed kb2523676, no luck. 

i out of ideas. 

i re-installed rds remotefx , core services , issue resolved.

Can no longer user MS Update - Files required to use Microsoft Update are no longer registered

hi, i'm new server 2003.  installed it.  removed enhanced ie security.  proceed download , install windows server 2003 sp1, of dot net (1.1, 2.0, 3.0, 3.5, , updates), , sp2. after downloaded , installed of above, tried windows update menu option in ie.  (ie 8 windows server 2003) , sits there "done" in lower left hand corner.  never brings in window. so try www.microsoft.com -> download , trails -> update.  received error message "files required use microsoft update no longer registered or installed on computer".  click on register or reinstall files me now.  window changes , "check latest version of windows updating software .... ".   sits there (last time sat there on hour). i went on internet , found instructions: regsvr32 wuapi.dll regsvr32 wups.dll regsvr32 wuaueng.dll regsvr32 wucltui.dll regsvr32 atl.dll regsvr32 msxml3.dll did not work either.  have other suggestions?...

How do a find data in one file, search for it in another file and if not found, write a custom message to another file
