Host Unmanageable - NIC Teaming Server 2012

hi all,

i have issue 2 of servers in nic teaming disabled message 'host unmanageable'.  have tried number of solutions, including trying remove teams through powershell , resetting repository no avail.  stuck how repair without having rebuild servers.  have other solutions this.  using windows server 2012 r2
