Allow Domain users to use any application without Admin Password

hello there all

greetings.

i new in server 

i have pdc windows server 2012 , have 4 user use application name wilcom , problem have gave them domain & administrator right there application work other wise application not open & give errors . 

is there way in gpo allow domain user use application without admin rights . 

i found option of use service accounts dont know how use .

please me because when have them admin rights , can use shutdown -i , or can edit regedit unblock usb flash drive or sort of thing disturb server settings .

please me .

according description, set gpo allow domain users use application without admin rights. right?

first of all, please check uac settings of computer.

the permission of application part of application’s settings. can’t set permission via gpo. however, if error caused permission of folders application try open , use when runs, can try change permission of folder allow domain users use it. note: this may cause security issues. please change pemission according situation.
