Delegating control restrictions for certain properties

hello,

is there cheatsheet correlating seen in ad users , computers when applying restrictions control delegation?  instance general aspects name, address, description obvious on general, address, account, profile, telephone, , organization tabs but want restrict other tabs.

it great know how turn on or off each of properties how relates being seen in.

start delegating control, create custom task delegate, following objects in folder, have ton of ojects choose , how find right 1 restrict member of tab instance?

is there cheetsheet else has been taking lot of time trying determine object\sub objects right ones restrict.  there 3rd party application allows better delegation control , managing has restrictions?

what recommend delegate permissions based on groups , not on user accounts. that, able delegate access user accounts adding them needed groups. make administration easier need setup internal group-based delegation model.

following that, enough use security tab see permissions delegated on ous / containers / objects.
