Add "virtual ethernet adapter" to host

greetings,

is possible in hyper-v same thing in vmware workstation: create/add virtual ethernet adapter host os (and connect whole virtual network it)?

why need this? -- want connect guest os "outside" -- through physical adapter.

best regards...

sure. that's vswitch of type "external" does. if need share host's nic between host , guests, make sure check corresponding checkbox when creating switch. upon doing so, there new virtual nic visible in host inherit physical nic's mac address , ip configuration. physical nic have protocols , services unbound except "hyper-v extensible virtual switch".
