printbrm fails to finish error rpc failed

i trying run printbrm , or use gui tool make backup of 2k3 x86 server. moving win2k8 server x86 too. command running is:
printbrm -s \\computer -b -f export051711.printerexport  \\computer being old print server.

when crashes i get:

there 400 printers on old print server. migration tool? never gets more 5 or 6 percent done. fails on same printer. printer or drivers?

i have tried removing printer or 2 , not help. have run proc mon , have log available.

it's not hard.

since it's failing on same printer time, print driver does loc_sub use next printer in line.  can tell, save order z , special characters.

check printer registry keys around loc_sub printer.  recursive keys. 

hklm\system\currentcontrolset\control\print\printers

the next thing add loc_sub2 (or printer wacky reg keys)  using same driver , port , settings loc_sub, delete loc_sub , change loc_sub2 name , share loc_sub.

Can no longer user MS Update - Files required to use Microsoft Update are no longer registered

hi, i'm new server 2003.  installed it.  removed enhanced ie security.  proceed download , install windows server 2003 sp1, of dot net (1.1, 2.0, 3.0, 3.5, , updates), , sp2. after downloaded , installed of above, tried windows update menu option in ie.  (ie 8 windows server 2003) , sits there "done" in lower left hand corner.  never brings in window. so try www.microsoft.com -> download , trails -> update.  received error message "files required use microsoft update no longer registered or installed on computer".  click on register or reinstall files me now.  window changes , "check latest version of windows updating software .... ".   sits there (last time sat there on hour). i went on internet , found instructions: regsvr32 wuapi.dll regsvr32 wups.dll regsvr32 wuaueng.dll regsvr32 wucltui.dll regsvr32 atl.dll regsvr32 msxml3.dll did not work either.  have other suggestions?...

How do a find data in one file, search for it in another file and if not found, write a custom message to another file
